REFUND POLICY

At Rose Import LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences through Rose Import LAB™ and related programs.
Because our courses, digital materials, recordings, downloads, worksheets, and educational resources are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
Digital Educational Content
Due to the nature of digital products and educational materials, Rose Import LLC does not provide refunds for:
Online courses
Digital downloads
Educational materials
Worksheets
Templates
Recordings
Resource libraries
Course access memberships
Digital content delivered electronically
Once access has been granted, refunds will not be issued.
Live Cohorts and Educational Programs
If a participant enrolls in a live educational cohort or scheduled program and requests cancellation before the program begins, Rose Import LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer:
A transfer to a future cohort
Course credit toward another program
A partial refund
Requests must be submitted in writing before the first scheduled session.
Once a live cohort has started, no refunds will be provided.
Missed Sessions
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be provided for:
Missed classes
Missed workshops
Missed coaching calls
Missed group sessions
Failure to participate
When available, participants may be provided with recordings or alternative educational resources.
Technical Issues
If a participant experiences technical difficulties accessing purchased materials, Rose Import LLC will make reasonable efforts to restore access.
Technical issues alone do not qualify for refunds.
Course Transfers
Rose Import LLC may, at its discretion, allow enrollment transfers to a future cohort or program when requested prior to the start of the program.
Transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Program Changes
Rose Import LLC reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, guest speakers, lesson formats, educational materials, or program structure at any time in order to improve the educational experience.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Cancellation by Rose Import LLC
If Rose Import LLC cancels a program before it begins, participants will be offered either:
A full refund, or
Transfer to a future offering
If a program is discontinued after it has begun, Rose Import LLC may determine an appropriate remedy at its sole discretion.
